TINY TUMBLE (Age 4-5) – This class introduces the concept of floor gymnastics while encouraging fitness through flexibility and strength building exercises. Children will learn basic floor skills such as bridges, somersaults, and cartwheels in a fun and creative atmosphere. This class is to prepare children to move into Level 1 beginner classes. 30-minute class.
ELEMENTARY AND YOUTH TUMBLE (Ages 5 and up) – These classes will cover basic floor gymnastics skills, conditioning drills, and flexibility exercises. Students will learn bridges, somersaults, cartwheels, forward & backward rolls, handstands, round-offs, bridge kick-overs, front & back walkovers and starter drills for back handsprings in a fun and creative atmosphere. These classes will offer level progressions. 45-minute class.
