A unique way to burn calories, combining Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and fitness classes. Burn 600-1000 calories in one BJJ class, and combine it with 8 Station or Cage Kickboxing for a well-rounded work out plan. We recommend two BJJ classes each week, combined with 1-2 Cage Kickboxing and/or 8 Station sessions each week to maximize your results!
